Star of Maputo:
Star of Maputo is a project to be developed on the area 45 and 56 of Malhangane “B” in Maputo, Mozambique. The project will be developed on a land with an estimated area of 75,000 sqm. The project will be a landmark for the area it lies in and for Mozambique as a whole. Star of Maputo is a mix use project and will have the following functions and areas:
- Residential Complex with an area of 140,000 sqm
- Shopping mall with an area of 120,000 sqm
- Offices Tower with an area of 25,000 sqm
- Hotel with an area of 25,000 sqm
