Management Plan approved by the Client:
- Insert quality requirements of design and construction works of the project into Client’s Technical Brief
- Elaboration of design documentation formats and submission requirements, including numbering, registration and use of IT systems
- Elaboration of Contractor pre-qualification criteria
- Analysis of quality assurance plans, and analysis of technical information provided at procurement stage
- Review of licenses and certificates of the project participants
