Approval Management
Provision of advisory services on any issues related to the process of Design Documents approval to the Client and consultants engaged by the Client
- Overall co-ordination of the approvals process; organization of additional information if requested, changes or re-submittals to the Authorities if necessary
- Monitoring and co-ordination of permitting activities by project team members
- As the Client’s representative conduct communication with the Authorities in order to obtain necessary approvals in time, start-up of construction works as soon as possible and align realization procedures
- Control of commissioning process and ensure that all relevant documents are in place

Management of obtainment of technical conditions for all the necessary utilities, including time management for the project services
