Eng Shadi added his expert knowledge and skills in order to generate and promote a positive health and safety culture. This represents a key role in helping to control occupational risk at Dolmen projects. Eng. Shadi ensures that all safety legislation is adhered to and policies and practices are adopted. Eng. Shadi helps to plan, implement, monitor and review the protective and preventative measures that Dolmen follows, and work to minimize operational losses, occupational health problems, accidents and injuries. Shadi’s vast experience with more than 20 years in the sector assisted in raising Dolmen’s standards in health and safety issues.
