Contraplacadouche Mall will be developed in one of the populated suburbs of Maputo, Mozambique. The project is expected to have a gross leasable area of 30,000 sqm. The mall will be the home of Premier Super Spar in addition to other retailers and restaurants.
The project is expected to start in 2014 and will be executed within a period of 24 months.
