PMCM consultant administration of project contracts in respect to
Works performance required for project completion, and payments (based on established policies and procedures)
► Implementation of procedures described within Project Control
Management Plan approved by Client
► Control of proper project contract execution in order to agreed timelines and work volumes
► Review of additional work volumes, and negotiation of additional scope in regard to contract regulations
► Administration of project contracts, payment confirmation
► Review of change order indicators, and corresponding consulting services to the Client
► Issuance of notifications, correspondence, and submission of information to the General Designer, General Contractor or consultants and other specialists
► Review of professional damage compensation insurances of Project participants
►Taking measures for legal assistance of the Client, in the case of being expected efficient by PM/CM consultant
