Boanne Smart Village will be developed in the area of oanne. Boanne lies on the road that connects Maputo to Johannesburg. The project will ie of a land with a total area of 1,200,000 sqm.
Boanne Smart Village is a new modern village that will contain all the needs of its inhabitants. The project will include around 1,200 villas, a shopping center, hospital, fire station, police station, Gas station, 3 schools, soccer field, media city, banks, bus stations, telecom centers, city hall and restaurants.
Each villa will have a 1,000 sqm parcel of land in which the villas will be built on part of it and the rest will be the best hideaway from the capital’s rush. Small gardens with ample landscaping will surround each of the villas giving complete privacy for its inhabitants.
