Wissam leads a team of procurement experts in various specialties assigned to ensure delivery of materials, supplies, equipment and services to meet project requirements within budget and on schedule.  He liaises with the Project Manager and is the primary procurement interface between the Customer, the project and the supplier community. Wissam Established and maintains close relations and communication with the Customer to ensure procurement is being executed as the contract requires and Customer expects, while protecting the Company’s interests.
