Cost control and Financial flow management
Cost control system:
- Project analysis for purpose of cost reduction
- Implementation of procedures described in Project Controls Management
- Plan approved by Client
- Preparing Preliminary Cost Plans and cost break down by construction elements
- Expense analysis during design stage, and at design stage completion
- Control of expenses and control results reporting at construction preparation stage, as described in Project Controls Management Plan
- Preparing of cost estimations, if necessary
- Elaboration of cost and progress reports
Cash-flow management:
- Elaboration of cash flow schedule, and definition of financing limits for the following months
- Expense control for all project realization stages (preparation of construction and construction stage)
- Change control, expense control, and results of control reporting, claims review; Elaboration of reports on compliance of expenses and construction progress at all development stages
- Project execution analysis, including preparation of progress reports comparing actual progress of works with agreed project schedule (in regard to cost and time parameters)
- Check of KS2 and KS3 forms (to be approved by Technical supervision). Preparation of construction progress reports.
- Control and monitoring of Client’s payments to Contractors
- Elaboration of business cases and business case updates, including leasable and GIA (gross indoor areas) calculations
