• Establish a Sales Office in Maputo
• Build a strong Sales Team.
• Attend Real Estate Exhibitions in the Region if there are any.
• Outsource Technical Support such as appointing Retail consultants (for ex RCG) to support us in Leasing Shopping Malls and Operating Hotel Facility.

Indirect Sales:

• Build International Network of Agents.
• Appoint Local Agents in Maputo.
• Collaborate with Local Banks to Promote our Projects.
• Set a motivating Commission Scheme for Agents and Sales Team.
• Provide Reasonable Terms and Conditions plan for payments to Customers and investors.
• Create Sales Promotion and tailored made packages for Customers.
